Dr. Sarah Clisham, a proud native of Pennsylvania, grew up in neighboring Berks County. Her passion for eyes began at a young age, inspired by her unique heterochromia—a condition where her right eye is blue, and her left eye features a mix of blue and brown. This natural curiosity about her own vision sparked a deeper interest in optometry and a heartfelt desire to help others achieve their best possible vision.
Dr. Clisham specializes in providing comprehensive eye care, with a particular focus on managing and treating dry eye disease. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care to every patient.
Dr. Clisham earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shippensburg University, where she also excelled as a Division II swimmer. She then pursued her optometric education at The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. During her time there, she was an active member of the Contact Lens Club and earned clinical honors throughout her externship rotations in primary care, ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatrics.
