Meet Our Team in New Holland, Pennsylvania

Colleen joined the Optometric Associates family in 1999 and has enjoyed meeting many different people during her career of more than 25 years as an optician. Colleen has been married for over 40 years, a mother of two and the Grandmother of four. She loves spending time with her family! Colleen has impeccable style and feels that the best part of her job is when she can help a patient feel good about their “new” look!

Connie is passionate about her career in the optical field. She completed an internship in 1994 that developed into a technician role with Dr. Wolfram Andrews, first working with him at another location. She loves her New Holland community and was excited to join the OA family in 2008 as both a technician and insurance claims processor. Since January 2018, Connie has been finding great fulfillment in her role as Practice Administrator. One of the aspects she finds most rewarding is recognizing the strengths of each team member and using those strengths to create the framework needed to provide individualized, 5-star care to each patient. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, curling up with a good book, mentoring, and spending time with her family and dog.

Kay has been in the optical field since 1995, and joined Optometric Associates in 2003 as an optician and visual field technician, with a background as an optometric assistant. What she enjoys most is working as a team to provide our patients with a great experience. Kay and her husband have a son and a daughter. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, especially camping together.

Matt is proud to be a team member of Optometric Associates. He truly enjoys caring for people and loves being part of a team that provides the very best care possible for all of our patients. In addition to ocular medicine, Matt is also passionate about all things music and is the Worship Pastor at his church. In his spare time, he is often found going on new adventures with his wife and four children.

Brittney brought her background as a Certified Nursing Assistant to our team as she filled the role of technician beginning in 2019. She was cross-trained as Patient Reception Staff and finds great fulfillment in her interactions with patients, always striving to be friendly and welcoming. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dogs and spending time with her fiancé.

Becky joins our office after working in various healthcare roles. She is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a B.S. in Health Education from the University of Florida. She takes pride in assisting providers with thorough and individualized five star eye care. Outside of the office, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, going to Crossfit box, and swimming.

Sarah E. comes to our practice with a background in healthcare, specifically in geriatrics. You will find Sarah in patient reception and in training as a technician. She is passionate about providing a welcoming environment and loves meeting new people. Outside of work, she enjoys serving on the worship team at her church and hanging out with her Yellow Lab/Irish Setter mix; Molly.

Jennifer began her career in the optical field in 2014, achieving ABO Certification in 2019. Joining the Optometric Associates family in 2021, she brings a desire to help patients and a passion for optical. In her free time, she enjoys musicals, supporting local cafes, and spending time with her husband and their daughter, Sophie.

William has extensive background of being photogenic. He serves on our team as a Corporate Model on behalf of Optometric Associates. Born in February of 2022, William enjoys his early days of life, especially napping, feeding, cooing, and smiling. In his spare time he enjoys being cuddled by his parents Drs. Jonathan and Kathryn Andrews, and enjoys kisses from his older “brother” Sully who is a 2 year old St. Bernard canine.
